Brand assets and design systems
Give your team a brand they can actually use
Custom icons, illustrations and graphics built from your strategy, so your team has something of your own to work with instead of basic shapes and stock photos.
A three-part programme that answers the question: “How do we make everything look and sound like us?”
Nothing you make looks like it came from you
Cover up the logo and nobody could tell it was yours.
Every deck, post and case study starts from a blank page. Someone finds a stock photo, adds an icon from a free set, and it comes out looking like every other business in your sector. Nobody is sure what’s on brand, so everyone makes their own version, and you end up checking all of it.
You know what makes you different. Your team just has nothing that shows it.
How it works
Three layers. One system.
A brand that works every day needs three things.

01
The marketing system
Who you serve
Who you’re for, what’s keeping them up at night, and why you’re the answer
Without it: It looks great and says nothing. Polished, but generic.
Week 1
02
The asset pack
How you look
Icons, illustrations and patterns that belong only to you
Without it: AI and Canva fill the gaps with stock, and you look like everyone else.
Weeks 2–3
03
The design system
How you show up
The rules and templates that turn your words and pieces into finished posts, decks and case studies
Without it: You have a folder of nice icons and still start every post from scratch.
Week 4
“The marketing system decides what you say. The asset pack decides how it looks. The design system makes sure it comes out right every time.”
The three phases
What’s in each phase.
Your marketing system
£2,800 + VAT · Week 1
Everything else is built on this. One facilitated day gets your team agreed on who you’re for, what they’re struggling with and why you’re the answer.
Brand asset pack
£2,800 + VAT · Weeks 2–3
The graphics, icons and visuals your brand is missing, each designed around a message in your marketing system.
Design system
£5,500 + VAT · Week 4
Your marketing system and your assets turned into templates and rules, so anyone on your team can make something that looks and sounds like you.
All three phases: £9,950 + VAT, saving £1,150. Run it yourself, or have us run it for you from £1,800 a month.
The outcome
What you’ll gain.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have:
Investment

FAQs
Your questions, answered
What is a brand asset pack?
A set of the graphics your brand is missing: custom icons, illustrations, diagrams, background patterns, and imagery treated so it looks like yours. Squibble’s is 10 custom icons and 15 graphic assets for £2,800 + VAT. It’s what takes a website from off-the-shelf to ownable, and it gives your team something to build with that isn’t stock.
Can you build assets around our existing logo?
Yes, that’s exactly what the pack is for. It works with whatever identity you already have and doesn’t require a rebrand or a new logo. Plenty of businesses have a logo that’s fine and nothing underneath it, which is the most common reason things drift.
Why can’t we just use stock images and free icons?
You can, and lots of businesses do, which is the problem. Everyone is pulling from the same few sources, so the work ends up looking like the category rather than like you. Cover the logo and nobody could tell it was yours. It also reads as the cheaper option, and people price you on it without consciously noticing.
Why do brand assets matter more now AI exists?
Because anyone can generate a passable icon set in seconds, so everyone does, and it all looks the same. AI either copies something that exists or gives you the average of everything, and average is the one thing a brand can’t afford to be. Buyers have started spotting the tells. Build assets that are genuinely yours first, and AI becomes useful, because it’s making more of your brand instead of more of everyone’s.
What are brand guidelines and do we need them?
Guidelines are the rules that let anyone make something on brand without asking a designer. If more than one person makes anything, you need them. They don’t need to be fifty pages; for most businesses it’s short and practical, with examples of right and wrong. Without them every new agency, freelancer and hire guesses, and it drifts.
What do we get, and what can our team do with it?
The assets in every format, templates for decks, documents, social and email, written rules, and everything organised so people can find it. Plus half an hour of training, once, so it stops being your job to police it. The point is that someone building a proposal at four on a Friday can make something that looks like you, on their own.
