Zenzic

Looking like you belong in the room.

Zenzic operate in London finance, where deal values are high and first impressions are made in seconds. Their website did not match the calibre of the business or the clients it was pitching to. This was never about traffic. It was about credibility.

Delivered

Eight weeks, brief to live

Design detail Restrained where the sector expects it, confident where it counts. The details are what separate a firm that looks established from one that looks new.
Colour A palette chosen to sit apart from the navy and grey that finance defaults to, without giving up the seriousness the category demands.

The problem

In finance, the website is the first meeting.

Before anyone speaks to you, they have looked you up. In a market where a single deal is worth more than most companies turn over in a year, a website that looks dated does not just fail to impress. It raises a question about whether you are operating at the level you claim to be.

Zenzic knew they were credible. Everything about how they worked said so. The website was the one place that did not.

The work

Position first, pixels after.

01
Strategise

Deciding what credible looks like.

We started with position rather than pixels. What Zenzic does, who it is for, and what someone should believe by the time they leave the homepage. In a category where every competitor claims to be secure, trusted and flexible, the job was finding what Zenzic could say that others could not.

02
Design

Confident, not corporate.

Finance defaults to navy and grey and hopes it reads as serious. We built something with more conviction than that. Restrained enough for the sector, distinctive enough to be remembered, and consistent enough that it holds up on every page rather than just the homepage.

03
Build

Slick, because the industry is.

Delivered in eight weeks, across desktop and mobile, because funding conversations start on a phone between meetings. Every page built to the same standard, so wherever someone lands they see the same business.

Then it went live.

Desktop and mobile

Funding conversations start on a phone between meetings, so mobile was the primary experience rather than the compromise.

The proof

Credibility is the outcome.

Not every project has a number attached, and this one does not pretend to. Zenzic is not a high traffic site and was never meant to be. It exists to make a firm look like it belongs in the room with the clients it is pitching to.
