AI tools and training for marketing teams

Make more without being generic.

You meant to spend this year on the strategy. You’ve spent it in production.

We give your team the tools, the guardrails and the training to make their own decks, one-pagers and social posts with AI, on brand and right first time. So the requests stop landing on you, and you get your week back for the work only you can do. From £2,800 + VAT.

You’ve been told to do more with the same team.

And now everybody asks, because everybody’s decided it’s quick. Sales want a one-pager, someone needs a deck by Thursday, and the request arrives with “it’s quick now though, isn’t it” attached to it.

So people start making things themselves. Everyone prompts from scratch, everyone has their own way of doing it, and what lands on your desk is nearly right and slightly different every time.

Meanwhile the thinking you were going to do this year keeps moving to next month.

The impact

It all lands back on your desk.

Without a system

Everything needs fixing before it can go out, and the fixing is you.

  • You’ve become the person who fixes things. Nearly right is worse than not done. You get the original brief plus somebody else’s draft, and you have to unpick both.
  • It looks like everyone else’s. Same tools, same defaults, same tell-tale styling. Buyers have started spotting it, and it makes you look cheaper than you are.
  • The strategic work never gets done. It’s the only thing on your list nobody chases you for, so it’s the thing that always moves. You were hired to think, and you spend the week making.

With a system

The same request comes back right first time.

  • The output starts on brand. Prompts, templates and rules built from your brand, so it starts on brand instead of being corrected onto it.
  • It looks like you. Give the tools your design system and your agreed messaging, and every piece looks like it came from the same business.
  • You get your week back. Your team make things themselves, on brand, so the thinking you were going to do this year stops moving to next month.

Why it happens

The tools multiply what you give them

Someone opens ChatGPT with no brief, no system and no agreed message, gets back something generic, and you rewrite it. Give the tools your design system and your agreed messaging, and the same request comes back right first time.

Give them the obvious and you’ll get more of the obvious.

On brand, first time.

Same prompt, same tool, five minutes. The only difference is what we gave it.

What we do about it

Four things, in this order.

01

The system it all runs on

Your design system and brand assets, built or tidied up. This is the part that makes everything after it possible. If it isn’t there, we start here. See brand assets

02

The stack

Which tools for which jobs, set up and connected to your system rather than sitting in browser tabs. Design, copy, image, video, and the no-code bits that let you build small internal tools without a developer.

03

The guardrails

Prompts, templates and rules built from your brand, so the output starts on brand instead of being corrected onto it. Written for your team, not for us.

04

The training

Half a day with the people who’ll use it. Not a demo. Actual work, on your actual brand, until they can do it without asking.

Why this sticks when a lunch-and-learn doesn’t

  • We start with the system, not the software. Guardrails need something to guard. Skip that and you get faster inconsistency.
  • We train on your work, not a demo. People learn this by doing their own job with it once, with someone in the room.
  • You own all of it. Your prompts, your templates, your system. No dependency on us, and nothing that stops working if you change tools.
  • It’s built to be handed over. New starters get the same setup on day one instead of inventing their own.

Is this you?

Who it’s for

Tap any that sound like you.

  • We’re a lean marketing team under demand we can’t meet.
  • We’re already using AI and unhappy with what comes out.
  • Our brand is getting quietly diluted one deck at a time.

Sounds like your team needs the setup.

Sounds like your team needs the setup. More than one of these usually means it’s overdue.

Not for you if the thinking hasn’t been done. If nobody’s agreed what you’re saying or how you look, this is the wrong step and we’ll tell you. Start with the workshop.

FAQs

Your questions, answered

Isn’t this just prompt training?

Prompts are the smallest part. The system underneath is what makes a prompt produce something that looks like you rather than something generic.

Our team will just use ChatGPT anyway.

They will, and that’s fine. The point is that when they do, it starts from your brand rather than from nothing.

Won’t the tools have changed in six months?

They will. The system, the guardrails and the way of working won’t. That’s why we build those first and treat the tools as replaceable.

Can’t you just do the work for us?

We can, and often do. This is for teams who want the capacity in-house rather than paying for output by the hour.
