Everyone says do more with AI but nobody says what
The board wants you leading on AI, and your systems don’t even talk to each other yet.
You’ve read the articles, sat through the webinar, and had three suppliers tell you their tool is the answer. Now there are too many decisions, no clear way forward, and choosing the wrong one feels worse than doing nothing.
The impact
So nothing gets built
And the manual work carries on in the meantime.
It starts with a conversation and an NDA, not a proposal. Tell us what’s taking time or what you wish you could see, and we’ll tell you what’s actually possible.

Governor Space
One platform, assembled from the systems the client already ran on.
500
schools onboarded in 48 hours
6 years
still in daily use
What we do about it
The barrier isn’t the technology any more
It’s knowing what to ask for.
If the data exists anywhere, even a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand, it can be connected, learned from and made useful. A plugin, a prospecting tool that never stops, a full platform. The scale is a decision, not a limit.
Three places this usually starts
Connected data
Join your data up.
One place to see what’s actually happening, so the answer takes a minute rather than three days.
Prospecting
Prospects found at the right moment.
A system that spots when a business needs you, finds the right person and makes the introduction.
AI tools and training
Set your team up to make more.
The system, the stack, the guardrails and the training, so the volume goes up and the brand doesn’t drift.
What AI says about you is a different question. That’s the AI visibility audit, over in Marketing.
Why it works
Why this works
This has been a major undertaking, involving multiple brands, teams and priorities, and Squibble have handled it with clarity, professionalism and a huge amount of patience.

We built it for ourselves first
Every client asked us the same thing, and getting to an answer meant a day of pulling numbers out of six tools. So we started building the thing that answers it, and we’re testing it on our own work before anyone else’s.
Sector experience, not sector guesswork.
Every sector has its own buyers, its own objections and its own way of deciding. Here’s where we’ve already done the learning.

B2B Services
Growth came from relationships, not marketing. We build the story that gets you into rooms where nobody knows your name yet.

Destination
A place has more audiences than a business does, and they rarely agree. We settle what the place stands for, then build one platform that serves all of them.

Education
Schools buy on trust. We help the companies that supply them earn it before the first call.

Finance
Trusted, expert, secure: the words that differentiate nobody. We find the difference that is actually true and say it.

Manufacturing
Nobody buys a part number, they buy the problem it solves. We turn the catalogue into an answer.

Tech & Cyber
Growth stalls when nobody can say what makes you different any more. We point you at whichever part is actually stuck.

Merger & Acquisition
Merge, keep separate, or something in between. One day, every brand in the deal sorted, with a roadmap for the next one.

Your questions, answered
With a conversation under NDA rather than a proposal. Most people arrive knowing they should be more efficient and not what that means for them, which is normal. Describe what’s taking time or what you wish you could see, and we’ll tell you whether it’s a plugin, a workshop or something bigger. It’s usually smaller than people expect.
Almost never. We build against what you already pay for, whether that’s HubSpot, GA4, a CRM or a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand. Replacing your stack is a last resort rather than an opening suggestion, and most of what people want turns out to be possible with what’s already there.
More than most people expect. If a job follows a rule and somebody currently does it by hand, it can usually run on its own: follow-up, lead routing, prospect research, reporting, handovers between systems. The test is whether you could explain the rule to a new starter. If you can, it can be built.
It is if nobody knows what they’re doing. Speed is the easy part and it’s not what makes something hold up under real data, real users or a penetration test. We’ve been building this way for twelve years and our work has been tested by some of the biggest security firms in the world, which is a different proposition from something generated in an afternoon.
Connecting data and building reporting is usually weeks rather than months. Automation depends on how many systems are involved and how clean the data is. We’ll tell you early if something can’t be done properly, rather than building a workaround you’re stuck with in two years.
No, and you shouldn’t afterwards either. Everything is documented and handed over, and the point is that the answer arrives without anyone building it. If you’ve got someone technical they’ll be able to pick it up. If you haven’t, it still runs.
Quoted per project, because it depends entirely on how many systems are involved and what state the data’s in. The first conversation is half an hour, under NDA, and free. We’ll tell you roughly what you’re looking at, including when the honest answer is that you don’t need us for it.
