UX Audit
Find out exactly what's holding your website or product back.
A structured UX audit delivered as a written report — so you can act on it yourself, take it to your designer, or work with us.
Something isn't working. You're just not sure what.
You’ve launched. People are visiting. But something between arrival and action isn’t clicking and you can’t quite put your finger on what.
- Visitors are arriving but not converting and your analytics don't explain why.
- You've built something quickly and you want a professional eye on it before you invest further.
- It feels too complicated and you don't have the UX expertise in-house to diagnose it properly.
A UX Audit gives you the diagnosis. A clear written report with prioritised findings, no jargon, no obligation to use us to fix it.
- The breakdown gave us so much clarity moving forward, and the format was incredibly usable.

Why a UX Audit works
When you’re close to your own product, it’s almost impossible to see it the way a first-time visitor does. You know what everything means. You know where things are. Your users don’t.
A UX Audit closes that gap. A senior designer reviews your product with fresh eyes looking at the whole experience, not just the parts that feel broken. We examine your messaging, your navigation, your conversion points and the moments where users quietly give up.
You don’t get a list of opinions. You get prioritised findings with clear reasoning, so you know what to fix first and why it matters.
- No automated tools. No junior designers. Every audit is conducted by a senior Squibble UX designer.
- Written in plain language you can act on — or hand to your team, your developer or your designer.
- Prioritised by impact, so you're not left wondering where to start.
Three tiers.
One clear report.

Is a UX Audit right for me?
- You've built something and want a professional review before investing further.
- You have traffic but something between arrival and conversion isn't working.
- You want an honest expert view — not a sales pitch for a full redesign.
- You need a written report you can act on yourself or share with your team.
- You've used AI tools to build something and want to know if the experience works for real users.
- You want to know what to fix first, not a long list with no sense of priority.
Not sure which audit is right for you?
Tell us where you are with your product and we’ll recommend the right tier, or tell you if something else would serve you better first.
Your questions, answered
We know commissioning an audit can feel like a leap especially if you’re not sure what you’ll get back. Here are the questions we hear most often.
Can't we just use our analytics to find the problems?
Analytics tell you where users are dropping off — they don’t tell you why. A UX Audit gives you the human reasoning behind the numbers. We look at the experience the way a real user does, which is something no dashboard can replicate.
How do I know which tier is right for us?
Start with the question you’re trying to answer. If you want to know whether your core experience makes sense, that’s a Clarity Review. If you have traction but conversion is low, that’s a Conversion Review. If you need the full picture, that’s the Full UX Review. Not sure? Drop us a message and we’ll point you in the right direction, no obligation.
Do we need to be involved during the audit?
Not much. We’ll ask for access to your product and a short brief covering your users and goals. From there, we handle the review. You’ll hear from us when the report is ready.
What if we've already had feedback from users?
We’ve helped teams just like yours turn unclear messaging into websites that increase leads, engagement, and revenue. Plus, you’ll leave with a clear roadmap to measure success.
Do we have to use Squibble to fix the issues?
No. The report is yours to use however you choose — hand it to your in-house team, your developer, your designer, or come back to us. There’s no obligation to take it further with Squibble.
What if we've built our product with AI tools?
That’s exactly what the Clarity Review was designed for. AI-built products often work technically but have gaps in flow, messaging, and user logic that are hard to spot without a trained eye. We review it the same way we would any product.
