B2B prospecting systems and marketing automation
Prospecting that starts itself.
Something changes in a buyer’s world, a merger, a new director, a visit to your pricing page, and the system does the research and makes the first introduction. Your team picks it up at the conversation.
For businesses who know when a buyer needs them, but can’t spend days finding them.
The best prospects are the ones nobody has time to find.
You know the moment a business needs you. Finding them at that moment, with the right person, the right address and the right introduction, takes days of research by hand.
So it happens when someone has a quiet week, and nobody has a quiet week.
The impact
You’re leaving sales on the table.
By hand
Every buyer you reach late is a sale that went elsewhere.

What we do about it
A day to plan it, then we build it.

01
Pick the trigger
Your team in a room. We agree the moment that means a business needs you, a merger, a new hire, a funding round, and who you need to reach when it happens.
02
We build it
We connect your tools to each other and to AI, so the system finds the company, finds the right person, checks the details and makes a personal introduction by letter, LinkedIn or email. It works with what you already use.
03
It hands over
When someone responds, it goes to a person with the full context. Your team’s time goes on the conversation, not the research.

An example
We built one for ourselves first.
Businesses going through a merger or acquisition often need exactly what we do. Researching each one by hand was taking days.
So we built a system that does it. It reads the news for M&A activity, finds the relevant director and marketing lead, checks their address through Companies House, sends a personalised letter and connects on LinkedIn. When the connection is accepted, it hands back to us.
Days of research, automated. The human work starts where it should, at the conversation.
Built to hand over, not take over.

FAQs
Your questions, answered
Is this lead generation?
Not the kind you buy. We don’t sell lists or make calls for you. We build a system that finds the right businesses at the right moment, and it belongs to you.
Is this cold email automation?
No. Each introduction is personal and triggered by something real in the buyer’s business. It might be a letter, a LinkedIn connection or an email, and there are only a few of them.
What’s a trigger?
Something that happens in a business that means it’s likely to need you. A merger, a new marketing director, a funding round, or a visit to your pricing page.
Which tools does it work with?
Whatever you already use. We connect your CRM, LinkedIn, your inbox and public sources like Companies House, so nothing has to be replaced.
Is it GDPR compliant?
It’s built to UK data protection rules.
What does the day cost?
£2,800 for the day. The build is quoted separately, once we know what’s worth building.
