At Squibble we have an ‘every one’s equal’ culture. This means we don’t typically focus on hierarchy but more specific expertise. Your career path is a regular topic of discussion during monthly 1to1’s where all team members are expected to build out their own development plan. Continued learning and development is an important part of all career paths at Squibble.
At Squibble we want our team to be empowered. That’s why we give every Friday afternoon for training. Based on the plan developed during your 1to1 you will have the opportunity to learn a new programme or skillset with access to a vast range of training tools and media.
