Making the website simpler to use
Through our strategy workshops, we guided EUS in deciding whether to consolidate their four websites into one. This posed a challenge, as they needed to cater to multiple target audiences while ensuring the user experience remained seamless. It was especially important not to disrupt the experience for regular users who frequently check tradesmen’s credentials on the site.

Really easy to collaborate with and formed an extension of our team
1. Uniting 6 departments
With four websites to consolidate into one, it was crucial to consider the input of each service area. We facilitated a strategy day for 20 stakeholders, where we defined the purpose of each page by grouping themes and focusing on the key messages needed for each service area. This ensured that all perspectives were represented in the final website.

2. Improved navigation and user journey
The website has extensive functionality, so we mapped out the requirements for each page to ensure nothing was overlooked before moving into design and development. This process allowed us to iterate ideas quickly and efficiently, ensuring that all essential features were included and aligned with the project goals.

3. Easy to manage design system
