The Kick-Off Session is our chance to get to know all about you and your business. We’ll invite you over to Squibble HQ and make sure the kettle’s boiled just in time for your arrival.

In this session we aim to understand how you’re business operates and what your customer needs are. We also look to determine how best to schedule the project, making sure that we have a clear plan and a timeline for both parties to work to.

Building a website starts on pen and paper rather than online — we work our way up in stages and keep you involved at every step of the way.

As confident as we are in our abilities, we’re also humble to the fact that it’s very difficult to get things right first time.

We structure our Web Design projects to allow for plenty of input and collaboration, with many of the design decisions being made before a single page is built online.

This approach actually saves time in the long run as it’s quicker to make changes to a concept than to a live webpage.

A website is considered responsive when it responds to whatever device it is being accessed by and ensures that the information displays correctly and effectively.

WIth the Research Brief completed, both parties start off on the same page and have a good foundation of understanding to work from.

With that said, we believe that time should be invested in getting to grips with your brand at the beginning of any Web Design brief.

Brand Positioning

Positioning is the bedrock of your brand. From our Discovery Sessions we aim to create three ‘Key Messages’ which encapsulate your Brand — who it speaks to, what it says and what the tone of voice is.

User Persona Exercise

In this exercise our objective is to define your target audience(s) and build several user profiles to get a strong idea of what motivates them and what problems they have that we can solve.

From here we can truly tailor our User Experience Design to perfectly serve your future website users.

The best websites are always moving: continually updated, and remain fresh. This helps their search engine ranking, but it increases return business and conversion rates, too.

That’s why we offer all our clients our insider Insights to ensure that their site is serving it’s users efficiently, and provide a robust plan of action if it is not.

Our team will use the latest tools and our industry knowledge to monitor your site and see if it is performing to the best of it’s ability. Perhaps a service can be signposted more efficiently or a page presents too many options to a user? Maybe one of your pages has a high ‘bounce rate’ which would suggest low user interaction?

You can expect a monthly report including analysis, UX suggestions and more – all of which is backed by our years of experience in forging effective online experiences
